This is a great tool to learn amino acid structures and codes (single letter abbreviations). You will get different types of questions, so the learning process will not be boring. Examples of the questions are:
- what is the structure of Alanine?
- which structure corresponds to amino acid code A?
- what is amino acid code for Alanine?
... and so on!

Statistics of your answers will be collected so you can see which amino acids you havent learned good enough.

Simple but elegant. Very handy.

Great app
I found this app to be extremely helpful; the simple straightforward design of the quiz doesnt leave you spending more time learn how to use the app than learning. The only drawback Id have to mentioned is that it only quizzes you on the one-letter codes and not the three-codes as well

Serves its purpose
I download this app to help me prepare for a bio chem course next semester. I like the the questions ask about all aspects (structure, names) and in both directions. Perhaps a table of information would be nice in a future version.

Great AA quiz
Good for quizzing yourself after youve studied up on your amino acids. I wish I had this 3 years ago for my biochem class. May be helpful for me in the future
